1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the RoleMinded platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use RoleMinded. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@roleminded.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person may not maintain more than one account of the same role.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information.
• Harvest or scrape user data without express written permission.
• Use automated bots to apply for jobs, send messages, or interact with the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Recruiter Obligations

• Job postings must describe real, available positions at real organisations.
• Salary information, if provided, must be accurate and non-misleading.
• You must comply with all applicable equal-opportunity and anti-discrimination employment laws.
• Candidate data accessed through the platform may only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscription plans unlock additional features for Recruiter accounts.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, trademarks, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to RoleMinded. You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job descriptions, messages). By submitting content, you grant RoleMinded a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other users for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or that job postings are accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoleMinded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
